Housing for International Students

International students may apply for Keio University dormitories, which accept occupants twice a year: in late January for those wishing to move in at the end of March, and in June for those wishing to move in in early September. Japanese students serve as residence assistants who provide daily support in the university dormitories. The university will also assist students in finding their own accommodations.
Rent, Taking utilities, food, clothes, transportation, books and miscellaneous expenses into consideration, monthly living costs will be approximately ¥130,000 - ¥190,000 per month.

Living on Hiyoshi Campus, Yokohama

Although only a short train ride from one of Tokyo's major hubs, Shibuya, the Hiyoshi campus is even closer to central Yokohama. Located just south of Tokyo, Yokohama is Japan's second largest city, with a population of 3.63 million. Well-known for having the largest Chinatown in Japan, Yokohama is also popular for its fashionable Motomachi shopping area, the Yokohama Marine Tower, Yamashita Park and the futuristic Minato Mirai 21 harborside area, which includes the Landmark Tower, the tallest building in Japan. Yokohama is also home to a professional baseball team and two professional football teams.
