KMD student and some professors won two awards at the 25th International Conference on Artificial Reality and Telexistence (ICAT 2015) and the 20th Eurographics Symposium on Virtual Environments (EGVE 2015).
The conference was held in Kyoto in the period: October 28-30 2015.
The received awards are:
– Honorable Mention for the full paper titled:
“Development of Mutual Telexistence System using Virtual Projection of Operator’s Egocentric Body Images”
Mhd Yamen Saraiji (1 st year KMD Phd Student ), Professor Kouta Minamizawa, Project Senior Assistant Professor Charith Lasantha Fernando and Professor Emeritus Susumu Tachi at Institute of Gerontology, The University of Tokyo.
